Why every child needs a dog in their life!

I’ve been in a black and white mood the past few days. Here is my little girl with her best friends. Lilibean the shih tzu and Buddy the pekingese.

Having a dog has helped my three kids develop empathy, compassion and kindness.  The unconditional love our two dogs (Lilibean and Buddy) have shown all of us, especially during stressful times, has been exceptional.  Nothing compares! 

For me (Roxanne), having dogs and walking them is the way I’ve met all my neighbors! To them, I am Lilibean and Buddy’s mom.  I am forced to get extra exercise and extra socialized lol
