Red hair + blue eyes

I’m curious… could you guess his parents’ nationality??

Red curly hair, blue eyes and very light skin. Definitely a beautiful combination! He’s a cutie for sure! I’d keep him : )

Sunday in Wynwood | Miami Arts District

My girls and I made a quick run to grab some Salty Donuts and enjoy the murals. My little one was more interested in the coffee station and donuts than the walls lol

Since Ms. Olivia loves dogs so much, I thought I would capture her in her element. She loves dogs really HARD!
Sometimes too hard lol.

So here is ” A girl and her dogs session”. The pekingese is one of our family dogs. The boxer is her grandmother’s dog. She is not excluded from the hard loving ; ) .

I don’t know who wrote this. But I love it!
RULES FOR MY DAUGHTER

1. Don’t knock it ’til you try it.
2. Send Thank You cards for every act of hospitality — except another Thank You card.
3. Travel light through life. Keep only what you need.
4. Put cinnamon in your coffee, and twice as much when you miss me.
5. It’s okay to cry when you’re hurt. It’s also okay to smash things; but, wash your face, clean your mess, and get up off the floor when you’re done. You don’t belong down there.
6. If you’re going to curse, be clever. If you’re going to curse in public, know your audience.
7. Seek out the people and places that resonate with your soul.
8. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.
9. 5-second rule. It’s just dirt. There are worse things in a fast food cheeseburger.
10. Happiness is not a permanent state. Wholeness is. Don’t confuse these.
11. If you’re staying more than one night, unpack your bag.
12. Never walk through an alley.
13. Be less sugar, more spice, and only as nice as you’re able to without compromising yourself.
14. Can’t is a cop-out. Don’t want to is perfectly acceptable.
15. Hold your heroes to a high standard. Be your own hero.
16. If you can’t smile with your eyes, don’t smile. Insincerity is nothing to aspire to.
17. Never lie to yourself.
18. Your body, your rules.
19. If you have an opinion, you better know why.
20. Study your curiosities and practice your passions.
21. Ask for what you want.
22. Wish on stars and dandelions, then get to work.
23. Don’t skimp on good sheets.
24. Fall in love often. Particularly with ideas, art, music, literature, food and far-off places.
25. Fall hard and forever in love with nothing but yourself.
26. Say Please, Thank You, and Pardon Me, whenever the situation warrants it.
27. Reserve I’m sorry for when you truly are.
28. Naps are for grown-ups, too.
29. Question everything except your own intuition.
30. You have enough. YOU ARE ENOUGH.
31. You are amazing! Don’t let anyone ever make you feel you are not. If someone does….walk away. You deserve better.

Stephen King’s It

“Maybe that’s why God made us kids first and built us close to the ground, because He knows you got to fall down a lot and bleed a lot before you learn that one simple lesson. You pay for what you get, you own what you pay for . . . and sooner or later whatever you own comes back home to you.”

Sisters | South Florida Family Photographer

“A sister is a little bit of childhood that can never be lost.”

“A sibling may be the keeper of one’s identity, the only person with the keys to one’s unfettered, more fundamental self.”

” I smile because you’re my sister. I laugh because you can’t do anything about it.”

“Having a sister is like having a best friend you can’t get rid of. You know whatever you do, they’ll still be there.”

So far, we’ve traveled a bit, splashed in the pool, jumped some waves, watched some pelicans and a beautiful sunset but mostly just enjoyed not being in school : )

School is officially over! “No more pencils, no more books, no more teacher’s dirty looks”

My grandsons | South Florida Photographer

I became a grandmother on Christmas morning : )

Each one of my kids got hamsters that day.  They are absolutely adorable and deserve their own blog post right? They are all boys and are kept in separate cages…. they fight… we have learned that they are not very social animals.

One of them loves to get out of his cage and explore.  He has now been missing for 24 hours.  We looked everywhere! We are hoping we see our nocturnal baby soon!
