Our new baby, Zoey (Tibetan Terrier)

Hi! I’m Zoey!

Today is one week with our new baby Zoey. She is a Tibetan Terrier born in August, 2018.

Our house was not the same since Lilibean (shihtzu) and Buddy (pekingese) passed away last year. Coming home to an empty house was kind of sad.

My kids wrote letters to Santa asking for a puppy and on Christmas morning, the last gift they opened was a letter and photos of Zoey. The letter said that he (Santa) found the PERFECT dog for our family and that we could pick her up the day we got back from our winter trip.

Daddy drove to Orlando and came back with this sweet little thing. She is super soft, cuddly and smart. She’s learning things rather quickly and we couldn’t be more proud of her.

You’ll be seeing a lot more of my new daughter! And I do mean…. A LOT!

Christmas Shoot | South Florida Photographer

Thanksgiving was amazing, and now I’m ready for Christmas!  Aaaaaaand so are they…..  Cutest little guys!

Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year! Everything about it! The preparations, the home baked cookies, the decorations throughout the city, family time, traveling, and so much more!  We picked out a tree yesterday (Sat after Thanksgiving).  We put it up and giving it a day or two so it can settle in.   Can’t wait to tell Alexa to play some Amazon Christmas music and start decorating it!

Halloween forecast calls for a FULL MOON

I’m pretty sure this is the cutest pumpkin moon I’ve ever seen!

I’m so excited to see all the kids’ costumes tonight! Trick or Treating in my neighborhood is so much fun.  We are surrounded by condos here in Aventura, so the kids love to come to our development, so they can go house to house and collect their treats.   This year my son decided to be a gangster, my older daughter is some kind of witch thing and my youngest daughter will wear her inflatable unicorn costume!

Hope you all have an amazing day! Don’t eat too much of your kids’ candy this evening!!  I’ll be “checking” their candy are possibly removing the reese’s peanut butter cups for myself hahaha!

I ate your candy | Halloween

Get ready folks! It is almost time to prank your kids! The Jimmy Kimmel “I ate your candy” videos are hysterical and I can’t wait to see some more!!!  Here’s a link to the 2018 compilation!

Who’s done this?? Come on! Fess up!

And then you say you’re kidding BUT you really did eat a bunch.  Or at least took most of your favs and made your own secret stash!

Family Session on the Beach

As long as your child doesn’t eat the sand, or try to go for a swim, a beach session is a great idea! Or is it haha ?
Logan did not try to eat the sand but he was super eager to go for a swim! Super cute and kind of funny : )
He got pretty wet and thankfully, it was completely cool with mom and dad! Laid back and easy going clients are my favorite!

Thanks for another fun session little dude. Can’t wait to see you for your next session!

Kids Photo Session in Wynwood Miami

I thought it would be a fun idea to have a playdate in Wynwood, Miami. So I told these little firecrackers to dress up as colorful as possible. I think they did a pretty awesome job, don’t you? They look like they’re ready for a music festival hahahaha !

Wynwood is always a fun place to shoot. So full of color and character. I like to tell my clients to drive around so we can pick a suitable wall for their session. These little girls loved this wall. It was just as colorful as their outfits! We also took some photos in front of the Wynwood Building. Maybe I’ll add those to this blog a little later on : )
Stay tuned!

First birthday cake smash session fun with our birthday boy Corey and his 3 siblings! Aren’t they sweet??

I love seeing “my” babies grow up.  I cannot believe it has been an entire year since I’ve seen this baby and his siblings. They are still just as excited about him as the day he was born. Each one of his siblings HAD to have a picture with him. So…. first I quickly grabbed some photos of just the birthday boy, then we got all 4 of them together. After that I decided we needed a photo of each sibling on their own and finally one on one with the star of this shoot.  I say star because this was his birthday session. And last but not least, the actual cake smash! He had so much fun with his cake and was such a happy baby throughout the entire shoot. Overall, a very productive session!

I had such a fun time with all these cuties! Renting this yellow school bus for the back to school mini sessions was one of my best ideas! Some of the kids have never been on a bus and they were super excited to go and explore the inside of the bus. I’ll definitely be doing them again next year!  Wishing all these babies a wonderful school year!

Now I need to think of some good ideas for future mini sessions. I’m thinking of doing fall minis or possibly Halloween inspired minis. Let’s see what I come up with.
Stay tuned South Florida!

Don’t miss these! 2018/19 Back to School Sessions for your kids!

I’ve rented a yellow school bus!!!

Honestly, I got the bus because I didn’t want to stress myself out about getting that perfect shot on the 1st day of school!  They’re already kind of stressed and all excited to be with their friends.  They don’t want mommy stopping them to take pics.  I KNOW YOU CAN RELATE!

Most slots have been sold via my FB page BUT I do have a few more up for grabs!  Saturday August 18th morning.

They’re $150, the edited high res digital images ARE included and sibling can share one session.

Here’s the link to see what’s left and also to book your spot.  BOOK Here

Email me with any questions! Info@LilibeanPhotography.com

Hope to see you there : )

Let’s welcome adorable baby Ander!

He made an appearance with THAT MUCH HAIR!  I’m always amazed when newborns have so much hair. LOVE it!

He did great during his newborn session this past weekend. Have I mentioned lately  how much I love my job?  It is truly an honor to be the one to capture a family’s most important milestones.

I’ve been photographing this fun family for over 8 years.

Happy that this time, the grandparents joined in on the fun !! It is so important to have pictures with the grandparents too!

Here a few favorites from the session : )

And here’s are my top 3 favorites, from part 2 of Sophia’s Session!

Princess Belle from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.  Such a beauty : )

Tale as old as time
True as it can be
Barely even friends
Then somebody bends
Unexpectedly.
Just a little change
Small to say the least
Both a little scared
Neither one prepared
Beauty and the Beast.
Ever just the same
Ever a surprise
Ever as before
Ever just as sure
As the sun will rise.
Tale as old as time
Tune as old as song
Bittersweet and strange
Finding you can change
Learning you were wrong.
Certain as the sun
Rising in the east
Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Beauty and the Beast.
Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Beauty and the Beast.
Off to the cupboard with you now, Chip.
It’s past your bedtime. Good night, love.

Pretty as pie! | South Florida Photographer

Part 1 of her session…

I am really loving the girly spring vibes. The big, floral, spring like dress reminds me of a perfect Easter morning. And can we talk about her hair? This girl has some amazing hair!! Look at those waves!

Great seeing you again Ms. S! You’re growing up too fast!
Stay tuned for Part 2 !

I can’t stress the importance of taking photos WITH your child… not just OF your child. Your kids will want to see photos of their young selves WITH their parents.  So stop putting it off until you color your hair, lose 10 lbs or whatever your excuse might be and just do it! Get in front of the camera! Your future self will thank you.

Strong is beautiful

I love muscle!

And not just because of the way it looks.

I love it because I know how hard it is to attain it. So much hard work and dedication. Strong is so so beautiful! AND it must be documented : )

So proud of this girl!
