A new television show called “Wednesday,” based on the Wednesday Addams character, was announced for 2021. Tim Burton produced the program, which is available on Netflix.
The show’s plot allegedly follows a young Wednesday as she enrolls in Nevermore School and makes an effort to develop her psychic skills, stop a terrifying killing spree that has scared the neighborhood, and unravel the paranormal mystery that ensnared her parents 25 years ago.
Jenna Ortega, a rising star recognized for her parts in “Jane the Virgin” and “You,” Took on the role of Wednesday. Additional cast members include Thora Birch as Wednesday’s mother, Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams, and Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams.
